Meranti at Two Serendra

One of the greenest condominiums can be just found here in the metro. Serendra, Ayala Land's premier estate development, is located in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. I'm sure you're very familiar with this place- having great selections of dining places on the ground floor, and delectable shops on the second. Currently, the prime estate area has two developments- One Serendra and Two Serendra.





Two Serendra is now in the works, and we were brought to the site where The Meranti will be located. The whole location is covered in green! Ayala's promise is that they would make this area as green as it can get.



The Meranti offers a unique atmosphere that every single person will enjoy- whether you're young or old. Imagine, designer shops, a savvy bookstore, and lots of yummy places to eat all at a hand's reach! Plus, you get to live in the middle of the city without having to experience the pollution.

What I think is a good thing that Serendra has is that all the residents of their residential buildings can experience and enjoy all the amenities. So even if you live in One Serendra, you can still use the amenities found in Two Serendra- or vice versa. Ain't it great?

One of the nicest things in their condos is that they offer a garden deck. It's more like the garden of Serendra being an extension of your own unit.

Honestly, it's a very very very cozy place to live in! Just a walk away from everything that Global City has to offer, and a 5 to 10 minute drive from the bustling Makati City. What more can you ask for? :)
